KARACHI: KU academic council polls

KARACHI, Aug 9: The elections to the University of Karachi’s academic council for constituencies of associate professor, assistant professor and lecturers will be held on Aug 24, 2005 at the KU Arts Auditorium, said a press release issued on Tuesday.

The last date for filing nomination papers is Aug 15 and for withdrawal of candidature is Aug 20. The final list of candidates would be released on Aug 20 and objection to the voters’ list may be filed by Aug 13.—PPI
