All-Pakistan bowling

KARACHI, Aug 6: The third All-Pakistan Bowling Association (APBA) Independence Day bowling tournament will commence on Aug 11 at Royal Rodale Sports and Recreational Complex DHA.

More than 200 participants are expected to take part in the event that include the categories of open singles, team event (doubles) Under-18, Under-12 and ladies. The finals of all the categories of the event will be played on 14 Aug while the pre qualifying rounds will start on Aug 11. The total prize molney of the event exceeds Rs100,000 that include the winning prize money for open singles, which will be Rs 25,000. The last date for entry is Aug 10.—PPI
