LAHORE: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Thursday launched an investigation into money laundering charges against actor and model Sofia Mirza.
An official confirmed to Dawn that an investigation had been launched into the charges against Ms Mirza after an inquiry was referred to it by the NAB.
A couple of days back, Ms Miza, in a tweet, said: “I am innocent and fighting for my kids recovery. These type of acts would not stop a mother to get her daughters back. I have legally taken action against all social media through cyber crime in FIA.”
