ICA Inter-club from 14th

ISLAMABAD, July 31: The Islamabad Cricket Association (ICA) is to organise an Inter-club championship from Aug 14 as part of Independence Day celebrations.

Irfan Manzur, secretary of the association said on Sunday that the championship will be contested on a knockout basis and a prize purse of Rs100,000 will be on offer. The winning team will pocket Rs30,000 while the runners-up take home Rs20,000.

All clubs affiliated with ICA will be eligible to take part in the championship.

The draws for the event will be decided on Aug 11.
