PESHAWAR: Candidates from all over Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including merged tribal districts, can now apply for the digital internship in Peshawar.

According to an official statement issued here on Sunday, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board (KPITB) is now accepting applications for KP Internship Programme 2019-20.

It said that each internee of the internship programme would get a monthly stipend of Rs14,000. Students and fresh graduates can apply for the programme.

The internship is an opportunity for fresh graduates to see into the world of business and learn how the concepts they learned in academics apply. It also provides a platform to graduates where they can develop professional and technical skills and explore potential careers.

Under the digital skills and digital economy strategy of the board, a six-month internship programme is proposed to provide an opportunity to BA or equivalent graduates of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to develop their professional and technical skills that are essential for getting jobs.
