ISLAMABAD, July 30: The civil judge Islamabad on Saturday dismissed as withdrawn the civil suit filed by Islamabad Gymkhana and 12 other clubs against the elections for Islamabad Cricket Association (ICA) and the PCB decision of excluding these clubs from the list of active clubs with no voting rights, says a press release.

Learned Civl Judge Aamir Saleem Rana in his orders said: “Learned counsel for the plaintiffs wants to record his statement. It is stated that he wants to withdraw the instant suit. Same may be dismissed as withdrawn.”

Islamabad Gymkhana and 12 other clubs filed a civil suit against July 16 elections of the ICA, though the judge later vacated the stay and allowed PCB to hold ICA elections on July 16.
