KARACHI, July 29: Munawwar Abbasi and Allay Hassan struck twice to help PWD reach KHA Inter-club hockey tournament semifinals after crushing Buffer Zone 7-0 on Friday. Allay Imran opened the account with a 12th-minute goal which was followed by an Allay Hassan effort in the 27th minute.
Munawwar slammed home in the 29th minute, while Uzair Ahmad made it 4-0 in the 43rd minute. Allay Hassan got his double in the 50th minute, while Munawwar slotted home his second six minutes later. Iftikhar Ahmad completed the tally in the 59th minute.
