HARIPUR: The chief minister’s adviser, Abdul Kareem Khan, on Tuesday inaugurated a 132kv grid station in the Hattar Industrial Estate here on Tuesday.

Work on the grid station had begun last year.

The chief minister’s adviser said the grid station would ensure uninterrupted electric supply to industries in Phase 7 of the industrial estate.

He asked investors to come forward and benefit from the facilities offered by the provincial government.

Mr Abdul Kareem said he was hopeful that as different Phase 7 industrial units became fully operational, economic activity would gear up in the area and thus, creating thousands of job opportunities.
