THE delay in the construction of the bridge on M. A. Jinnah Road near Numaish leads to traffic jams daily. The project was started in early 2018 and is still incomplete. The entire portion of the road between the Numaish roundabout till Capri cinema remains dug up, causing immense suffering to commuters

This is one of the busiest roads of Karachi. The diversionary route from M. A. Jinnah Road to Empress Market too remains clogged, especially during the rush hours. The government should realise the people’s difficulties and expedite and complete the construction project at the earliest.
