LAHORE: The Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) on Sunday arrested a BPS-18 officer, a proclaimed offender in a Rs24m corruption case, from the Canal View Housing Society.

The arrested accused has been identified as Amir Naseem Khan.

He was allegedly involved in embezzlement of Rs24m as an EXEN at a local government department in Bahawalpur.

On Saturday, an ACE team, on a tip-off and with technical assistance of an intelligence agency, conducted a raid and arrested Mr Khan.
