GWADAR: A doctor was gunned down at his home in the Washboo area of Panjgur on Saturday, police said. Armed men barged into the house of Doctor Muhammad Farooq and opened fire, killing him on the spot.

Police inspected the scene of the attack and shifted the body to the district hospital. They said the doctor belonged to Karachi. The body was handed over to the family after medico-legal formalities. The cause of the attack remains unclear. However, police registered a case and started investigation.
