The second blast took place near Mirali town. Witnesses said that a rocket was fired at the Army’s Golden Arrow School shortly before the bomb blast. Security forces were proceeding towards the area when an explosive device hit the vehicle. Officials said that Colonel Bilal and Lance Naik Faisal were injured in the blast.
