I SENT a request for a meeting with the prime minister through the Citizens’ Complaint Portal on June 12 (PU120619-3072879). An update showed that the request had been initiated and later, it was assigned to the Punjab Chief Secretary.

I thought the request would have been forwarded to the Prime Minister’s Secretariat in Islamabad and, therefore, wrote to the Citizens’ Complaint Portal about it again on June 14.

However, instead of some action being taken on this request/complaint, it was automatically allotted code no. 140619-3113873. Then the status showed up as initiated and was assigned to the same chief secretary. I don’t know why something concerning the prime minister is being sent to the chief secretary. I tried to find a contact number for the portal or an email address but nothing.

Could someone please tell me how to proceed.
