SSGC privatization

KARACHI, July 22: The privatization process of Sui Southern Gas Company began here on Friday, as representatives of the Privatization Commission, the ministry of petroleum and natural resources and financial advisers for the transaction PriceWaterhouseCoopers visited the SSGC head office and attended a detailed presentation on its performance.

According to SSGC, the senior management of SSGC led by acting managing director Syed Hassan Nawab made a detailed presentation to the participants and discussed with them the current performance of the company and its future outlook in the context of its corporate business plan.

The visiting team from the Privatization Commission and the financial advisers also explained to the SSGC management the sequence of events leading up to the privatization.
