Wonder Craft: Father’s Day card

A DIY craft made by your own hands always gives a nice touch to any holiday or birthday present to your loved ones. As the summer holidays are in full swing and you have some time on your hands, let’s take this opportunity and make a cool card for your dad!

Things you need:

  1. One foam sheet (colour of your choice, in my case, its pink)

  2. One white A4 sized paper

  3. One any coloured paper

  4. Two googly eyes

  5. Popsicle stick

  6. Super glue

  7. Black marker

  8. Scissors

  9. Pencil

Directions:

  1. Apply glue on the coloured paper and paste white A4 sized paper on to it, picture 2.

  2. When dry, two-fold both the sheets, picture 3.

  3. Two fold the foam sheet, then draw a shape of Popsicle on the foam sheet, picture 4.

  4. Cut out the Popsicle, you will have two pieces of Popsicle, picture 5.

  5. Paste Popsicle stick on one of the foam piece, picture 6.

  6. Paste the other onto it, and then paste googly eyes, picture 7.

  7. Draw a smile, picture 8.

  8. Draw a bite on either side of the Popsicle and cut it out carefully, pictures 9 and 10.

  9. Write “Dad, you are the coolest!” on top of the Popsicle.

  10. Write any personalised message inside the card.
