QUETTA, July 18: Wasim Baran and Mustafa recorded victories while Omar Jahangir was awarded walkover in the All-Balochistan Open tennis tournament on Monday. Third seed Wasim had some anxious moments before he overcame Adil Tahir 6-1, 2-6, 6-2 in the first match, while Mustafa inflicted defeat on Shahbaz Khoso 6-0, 2-6, 6-4 in the second match.
Omar Jahangir was awarded walkover in the third match after his opponent Muzaffar Ali failed to turn up. The doubles event will start with three matches from Tuesday.
