OUR telephone 021-35670874 has been dead since early April. Since then we have been complaining perhaps three or four times a week.

We receive different complaint numbers and polite replies to our emails that the line would be fixed soon or that the line had already been fixed, but nothing has been done so far.

We now have to rely on a cellphone to communicate. As we are retired people this is an additional cost which is adversely affecting our meager budget.
