Nawaz to lead KRL

ISLAMABAD, July 17: Allah Nawaz on Sunday was named to lead the KRL team in Stage II of the National Football Challenge Cup. Striker Nawaz scored Pakistan’s only goal against Sri Lanka in the 1997 SAFF Championship at Kathmandu that won his side the bronze.

KRL will play Wapda, Panther Club, Police and KESC in Group I of the second stage to be held in Faisalabad.
