NAUSHAHRO FEROZE, July 17: A number of pages are missing from electoral lists at the assistant election commissioner’s office. Two candidates for general councillor seats from Darya Khan Mari were not provided electoral certificate on Saturday.

Talking to journalists, Waseem Arain and Arshad Mahmood said that the local election office was not issuing electoral certificate to them.

They said they showed the assistant election commissioner electoral lists of 2002 wherein their names were registered as voters under serial numbers 127 and 298. They said the local election authorities said there names were not included in the lists available at the election office.—BoC
