THE Zarai Taraqiati Bank (ZTBL) announced 350 vacancies of officers grade III via Open Testing Service (OTS) in October 2018. Recruitment tests for these positions were conducted on Dec 2, 2018.

Thousands of candidates from across the country participated in the test conducted in major cities. I, an unemployed graduate, also appeared in the test and travelled from Skardu to Islamabad which cost me about Rs15,000.

But unfortunately no result has been posted by the OTS on its website since then, and all record of the company has also vanished from the OTS website.

I urge the government and authorities concerned to take notice of these fake recruitment tests and bring transparency in the recruitment process of various government and semi-government institutions. The government should also take notice of corruption in the recruitment process of various testing services.
