CHARSADDA: A boy was killed while his mother and another brother got injuries when roof of a room of their house collapsed in Koshak area of Shabqaddar here on Sunday.

The roof of a room of the house owned by Murshad caved in when the inmates were asleep.

As a result, seven-year-old Salman was killed while his mother and another bother got injuries.

The local residents rushed to the site and retrieved the body and the injured from the rubble.

Meanwhile, Provincial Nazim-i-Ala (administrator) of Tehreek-i-Labbaik Pakistan, Malak Falak Naz has resigned in protest against attitude of the provincial leadership.

Talking to mediapersons on Sunday, he said that he remained with TLP through thick and thin and made efforts in the courts for release of 300 jailed activists.

However, he said for the last few months the provincial leadership had ignored him in taking several important decisions about the TLP.

He said after consultation with family members and friends he would adopt a future line of action.
