SAHIWAL, July 11: Kamir police registered a case against a former UC nazim and his 10 accomplices for forcibly ejecting a grower from his house and humiliating the women inmates. Reports said the former nazim of UC No 35 of chak 153/9-L, Khurshid Ahmed Gujjar, along with his 10 accomplices raided the house of a grower, Wali Muhammad. The accused allegedly threw away the goods belonging to the grower out of his house and manhandled the women family members when they protested. The accused then occupied the one-kanal house.

The police have registered the case against the former UC nazim and his accomplices, identified as Manzoor, Ghafoor, Shakoor, Faiz Muhammad, Khan, Farooq, Zahoor Ahmed, Shah Sarwar, Rashid Ahmed and Waheed Murad under sections 354, 452, 448, 449, 148 and 149 of the PPC with no arrests so far.
