THE F-11 Capital Development Authority (CDA) library has been without electricity for over 15 days. Wapda has removed electricity meter.

It is said that a bill for Rs150,000 is to be paid by the CDA.

Visitors face problem as the rooms are dark in the absence of power. The CDA and Wapda should restore electricity as soon as possible to help book lovers.
