LODHRAN: A woman and her minor daughter were killed while another member of the family was injured in a roof collapse incident on Friday.
According to Rescue 1122, the roof of a room collapsed at Basti Sardarowala as a result of which a woman and her minor daughter were killed while another daughter suffered injuries. The roof, it said, was weak because of recent heavy rains.
The deceased woman was identified as Samina Bibi and her daughter Amna, three months old. The injured girl was shifted to hospital.
