LAHORE: Punjab Information and Culture Minister Fayyazul Hassan Chohan launched a tree plantation campaign at the Lahore Arts Council, The Mall, on Tuesday.

On the occasion, the minister said trees were a gift of nature and were helpful in making the atmosphere healthy and refreshing.

He said tree plantation was a part of PTI’s national agenda “We shall turn Punjab green with tree plantation”.

LAC Executive Director Athar Ali Khan said tree plantation was a must for safe future of generations. He said students of different colleges and universities should take part in this campaign.
