Request to CM

Published February 16, 2019

IT is said that the Sindh government seems to have no plans to upgrade the posts of constables, head constables or ASIs. It is unfortunate to say this but recently the chief minister of Sindh, Murad Ali Shah, raised CM House’s allowance but rejected the summary of upgradation of the Sindh police employees — claiming that if he said yes, it would burden the exchequer.

In spite of the invaluable services rendered by the non-gazetted employees of the Sindh police, they also work on very low wages.

I request the chief minister to look into this and upgrade the posts of constable, HC and ASI along with raisinf their salaries like other provinces.
