SAINTFIELD (Ireland), June 30: In-form opener Arshad Ali struck fine century and pacer Ali Assad Abbas snapped five wickets as Emirates Cricket Board scored a massive 196-run victory over Papua New Guinea in a warm-up match for ICC Trophy here.

ECB feasted on threadbare PNG attack after winning toss and hammered respectable 295 for nine in 50 overs and shot out PNG for just 99 with Ali Assad doing most of damage, taking five wickets for 33 runs.

ECB is placed in Group A which includes Bermuda, Denmark, Ireland, Uganda & United States of America. Top two teams in Group A & Group B will progress to semifinals of ICC Trophy. They will also qualify for ICC Cricket World Cup 2007 to be held in West Indies.
