PESHAWAR, June 30: The Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences), Hayatabad, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Luton, UK, says an IMS press release issued here on Thursday. The MoU allows direct transfer of credits of IMSciences students to the UK and would enable students to complete their degrees in Britain with only one year’s study in Pakistan. The agreement refers to high-end computer science degrees at the bachelor’s level. It also accepts quality of the IMSciences to be on par with the UK universities.

Not only a transfer of credits was made possible but it was also agreed that teaching, research and staff exchanges would be facilitated. This is validation of the standards that IMSciences has been achieving.

As an autonomous institution of the government it is another laurel for IMSciences, the press release added.
