KARACHI: Talat Rahim’s fourth book, If Born Again, which is a collection of candid interviews with 22 prominent personalities of the subcontinent, was launched here on Thursday.

The interviewees hail from a wide range of sectors including cinema, media, journalism, politics, art, culture, sports, fashion, fitness, etc. Each personality was asked to respond to some basic questions such as what they would like to do or what they would like to be if born again.

Former senator Javed Jabbar, the chief guest on the occasion, appreciated the hard work and effort invested by the author in providing absorbing information to readers about some “exceptional” individuals.

Professor Rafiuddin, former chairman FBR and an author himself Shamim Ahmed, Tariq Rangoonwala, leading Rotarian Tayyaba Ahad and Iqbal Saleh Mohammad, chairman of Paramount Books, the book’s publisher, also spoke.
