Exciting triumph for Ali Shah

KARACHI, Jan 10 - Ali Shah Sikander fought from 0-2 down to defeat Naseer Abbas in the second round of Sindh Cup snooker qualifying stage at Indus Club, Bahaduraba, Thursday.

Shah made a sluggish start as he dropped the first two frames but raced to victory by wrapping up the next three in a row to stun his opponent.

Zakir Hussain also recovered from 1-2 deficit to overpower Sunny Waswani 3-2.

Muhammad Munjee registered the break of 41 in the final frame in his 3-1 triumph against Arshadullah Khan 3-1.
