ISLAMABAD, Jan 10: The Civil Defence Organization (CDO) held a fire-fighting demonstration at the Government Model School for Boys in Sector F-8/3.
The Bomb Disposal Squad and the Fire Brigade participated in the exercise, watched by a large number of students and school staff. CDO instructors delivered lectures on the importance of civil defence training and briefed the audience on some tricks of the trade.
The Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) administration has launched a campaign in the federal capital to train citizens to respond effectively to any possible emergency. —PPI
