LAHORE: Haider Ali of Pakistan has returned home with two gold medals and one bronze he clinched at the Asian Para Games which ended in Jakarta recently.

The 33-year-old Gujranwala-born Haider, who belongs to Wapda, grabbed gold medals in discus and javelin throw and the bronze medal in long jump.

While 11 athletes from Pakistan competed in the Asian Para Games, only Haider managed to win medals.

The Games were staged from Oct 6 to 13 featuring athletes from 44 countries.
