KARACHI, June 16: The Board of Secondary Education, Karachi on Thursday announced the results of the SSC annual exams 2005 part-I and II, for the deaf candidates, held in May.

According to a BSEK notification, the number of candidates registered for SSC (Deaf) annual exams 2005 part-II was 102 and all the students appeared in the examination of which 101 passed the exams in first division. Only one student secured second division. Anum Raza of DEWA School for the Deaf got the first position.

Shumaila Manzoor of the ABSA School for the Deaf stood second and Hira Talat of the same school secured the third position.

For SSC (Deaf) part-I exams 2005, a total of 96 students were registered of them 95 appeared in the exams and all of were declared passed in all five papers.—PPI
