FOR many years, Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) has proved a prestigious service throughout Pakistan. They have conducted many tests for various jobs satisfactorily.

Recently, they conducted the test for the post of headmaster in Sindh in a transparent manner. Now they have a huge challenge of junior elementary school teacher (JEST) and early childhood teacher (ECT) tests. Thousands of young skilled students hope to get a fair chance.

I urge the testing service to conduct JEST and ECT tests at regional headquarters rather than individual districts where the influence of local administration can be resisted.
