Who doesn’t crave for a gooey, warm chocolate-chip cookie? But it is not always easy to lay our hands on a cookie, so why not learn an easy recipe that serves one and is ready in minutes!

You can add a topping, such as cream, ice-cream, syrups or go desi style and dip it in hot tea and enjoy!

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons butter

• 1 tablespoon brown sugar

• 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

• 1/8 teaspoon salt

• 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

• 3 tablespoons flour

• 2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Method

Add butter, sugars, baking powder, salt and vanilla in a small mixing bowl and mix with a spoon until combined.

Mix in the flour, a little at a time and stir until combined. Add in the chocolate chips and transfer to small cup.

Microwave for 60 seconds.

Let it cool and garnish with ice cream or chocolate syrup or just enjoy the warm chocolaty delight.

Note: After I tried out this recipe, I realised that it would work better if we make a cookie and place it on a microwave-proof plate in the microwave. It will take on the shape of a cookie and you can enjoy it even more.
