HYDERABAD: Phuleli police arrested two suspects and claimed that four crackers and a improvised device weighing five kilos were seized from them.

Identifying the suspects as Niaz Lashari, a resident of Shikarpur, and Bilawal Chandio, a resident of Khairpur Nathan Shah, the police said that the motorcycle they were riding was intercepted near Faizan-i-Medina near the graveyard in Phuleli.

They claimed that the suspects belonged to the proscribed Jeay Sindh Muttahida Mahaz (JSSM).

The bomb disposal squad was called in to check and defuse the explosives, the police said.
