Fair election

Published August 11, 2018

REGARDING the alleged rigging in election results, if there was rigging, the PTI would have achieved a clear majority. The party would not have to go soliciting for support from other parties and independents.

This shows that there was no interference in the election results. Regarding the fiasco of the Results Transmission System (RTS) — it is a machine that may stop working at any time. Suppose you are travelling in a car, and it suddenly stops due to an engine failure; would you blame the manufacturer or the driver?

Those who want corruption to prevail are protesting the PTI victory. One hopes the nation will adopt the right path soon.
