TIMERGARA: Awami National Party candidate for PK-16 Haji Bahadar Khan here on Friday alleged that Jamaat-i-Islami had always deceived the people of Lower Dir on the slogan of Islam.

Addressing party’s public meeting in Shalkandi in his constituency, he said that the 2018 general elections were important for the coming generation.

The meeting was also addressed by ANP candidate for NA-7 Nazir Khan Gujjar, Qazi Azizul Haq and others.

Mr Bahadar claimed that the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were fed up with the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf and JI. He claimed that ANP would form next government in the province and would ensure accountability of the previous rulers. He alleged that JI had always deceived innocent Pakhtuns in the name of Islam.
