Chevron Pakistan opens blending plant

KARACHI: Chevron Pakistan Lubricants (Pvt) Ltd (CPLPL) has recently inaugurated phase 1 of its lubricants blending plant at West Wharf, said a press release on Wednesday.

The expansion project is an investment of more than Rs2 billion spanned over three years and reinforces Chevron’s commitment to long-term growth in the Pakistani market.

Telenor EBITDA rises 11pc

KARACHI: Telenor Pakistan reported year-on-year growth of 8pc in revenues to Rs28.1bn in the second quarter ending June 30. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) remained strong in the quarter growing by 11pc, compared to the same period last year, said a press release.
