KARACHI, June 1: The Pakistan International Airlines has started special flights to Dubai offering reduced fare from Wednesday. According to a press release, PIA Chairman Tariq Kirmani inaugurated the maiden flight at the Quaid-i-Azam International Airport and saw off the first group of passengers.
