KARACHI, May 27: Two ships carrying steel bars and containers are expected to arrive at the outer anchorage on Saturday, according to KPT sources. Berthing activity at the wharves was active where four ships, Golden Express, Y.M.Faha and Wester Mueulen to unload and load containers and Iran Broojerdi to offload general cargo were berthed after the departure of eight.

The ships, which departed included Kota Tabah, Iran Shahryar, Hyundai Stride, Golden Express, Y.M.Moon, Global Prosperity, Gagarma Yang and Rising One, while Pearl, Noora-1, Y.M.Faha, Wester Muehlen, Thor Captain, Eax Sanctity, PAC Antlia, Wan Hai-261 and Shalamar are due to sail out on Saturday. Cargo handling activity at the wharves was active where a total tonnage of 86,291 tons comprising 27,671 tons of export tonnage and 58,620 tons of import cargo was handled.

The following ships are due on Saturday: Maersk Alaska, with containers and Delfinaki, with 8,700 tons of steel bars.
