KARACHI gets fake promises when it’s time for elections. There were many power shows recently by the MQM (Pakistan), the PPP and the newcomer in Karachi politics, the PTI.

The PPP had been ruling the province since 2008 and not a single project has been launched in Karachi, except for building some roads.

The MQM only cries for budget shortages and never owns Karachi. Now the PTI chairman gave some hope for the betterment of Karachi by giving his 10-point agenda for the city.

The problems are severe and need immediate attention. The city and its people are tired of the promises and need practical work.
