PESHAWAR, May 24: The NWFP government under its Essential Institutional Reforms Operationalization Programme-II has arranged a pre-budget seminar on Wednesday at the cabinet room of the Civil Secretariat here. NWFP Senior Minister Sirajul Haq will be chief guest at the seminar which will begin at 10am.
