KARACHI: A month-long 37th Athletic Fitness School (AFS) summer coaching camp for boys and girls will commence at the Abdul Sattar Edhi Hockey Stadium from June 22, organisers announced on Wednesday.

Established in 1977, the school had produced a large number of men’s and women’s athletes of par excellence under the supervision of its founder and former international athlete Mohammad Talib.

The institution, which provides free of cost training to budding athletes, completed four decades of its existence last year. Athletes who intend to join the camp have been asked to register themselves at the club.
