LAKKI MARWAT, May 22: Social circles of the district have warned the authorities of a protest movement against their decision to set up a judicial complex near Tajazai, 14 kilometres from Lakki city. “We will not allow them to cause loss to public exchequer by establishing the complex near Tajazai because courtrooms and residences of judges are situated in Lakki city”, said leaders of Save Lakki Movement while speaking at a press conference here on Sunday.

They criticized the provincial government for lack of interest in the problems of the residents of Lakki Marwat district.

They suggested that the funds allocated for the new judicial complex should be utilized on renovation and improvement of the existing courts. They urged the chief minister and the chief justice of Peshawar High Court to review the decision.
