PESHAWAR: The Peshawar Electric Supply Company has announced that it will suspend power supply from four to six hours in parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on April 26 (Thursday) due to maintenance work on transmission lines.

According to a Pesco statement issued here, the power supply would remain suspended from Hayatabad grid station from 8am to 3pm,resultantly consumers of 11KV Deans Heights, Hayatabad-6,7,8,11,12, Shaukat Khanum, Hayatabad Surgical, Frontier Ceramics and Cell Wood Steel feeders will face inconvenience.

The consumers of Sirbilandpura and Dalazakh will also suffer due to suspension of power supply from Shahi Bagh grid station the same day.

Power supply would remain suspended from Dalazak grid station from 9am to 3pm, as a result, the consumers of OPF, Wadapaga-1, 2, Pakha Gulam, Gulozai, Gulbela-1,2 and Pahari Pura feeders would suffer. Power supply will also remain suspended from Peshawar Industrial grid station from 9am to 3pm which will cause inconvenience to consumers of Sonehri Masjid feeder.

The consumers of Sethi Town feeder will also suffer due to power suspension from Peshawar City grid station from 9am to 3pm. Power supply will remain suspended from Peshawar University grid station from 9am to 3pm, resultantly consumers of Circular Road, Academy Town, Achini-1,2, Rahatabad-1,2, Ghareebabad, Old Bara Road, Abdara, Sufaid Dheri, Danish Abad and Jamaluddin Afghani feeders will be affected.
