PTI: family politics

Published February 25, 2018

AFTER an unexpected defeat at the hands of their chief rival in Lodhran by-elections, Imran Khan and the PTI need some serious introspection.

People who have turned towards Imran expect positive change, otherwise PML-N and PPP are more experienced and better in traditional politics.

Why should one go for someone inexperienced when he too gives importance to family politics? The fact is that Imran makes lame excuses when it comes to nepotism and family politics inside his own party.

The ticket was given to Ali Tareen on the pretext that there were no better candidates.

The PTI should take note of its mistakes and abandon dirty politics; otherwise they should expect more upsets.
