Strong ties with Romania urged

ISLAMABAD, May 11: Senate Chairman Muhammadmian Soomro, says Pakistan is looking forward to further strengthening of relations with Romania in all fields, particularly in the field of commerce and trade. He made these observations during a meeting with the speaker of the Chamber of Deputies, Romania, Adrian Nastase here on Wednesday.

An official announcement issued here quoted Mr Soomro as saying that Pakistan intended to further diversify its exports base and include food items, textiles and garments to remove trade imbalance. —Our Reporter
