KHAIRPUR: Cyclist killed

KHAIRPUR, Jan 7: A car rammed into two cyclists killing one of them, Tekam Mehraj, on the spot and injuring the other in Darya Khan, Kandiaro Taluka, on Monday.

INJURED: A man, Mohammad Ali Mari, was injured in a head-on collision between two jeeps on Tejal Road near the Nara petrol pump on Sunday.

ACCIDENT: A police mobile driver, Ghulam Mohammed, was injured in a head-on collision between a tanker and the police mobile of the Tando Masti police on the Khairpur bypass at Tando Masti on Sunday.

CIA: The SSP, Khairpur, transferred investigation in the A. Dino Junejo murder case from the Abdul Rehman Unnar police to the CIA police, Khairpur, on the complaint of Junejo’s relatives on Monday.

The CIA took two accused into custody on Monday for interrogation.

SUICIDES: A youth, Daimuddin Bux, committed suicide by taking poison on Sunday night in Ihsan Ali Channa village, Sobhodero Taluka.

A woman, Humera (26), committed suicide by taking poison on Sunday night in a village of Naushahro Feroze.
