America and Russia have had their ICBM;s for the past 50 years and China had them too for 2-3 decades.But, almost all humans have hated them and leaders have let them rot due to fear of finishing off all our very dear humanity. China with comparable and second biggest world economy (12.5 trillion dollars per a compared to America's 17 tdam has let only the initial super powers America and Russia keep the top two comparison spots. Pakistan is keeping enough of meaningful deterrence of the range that does'nt even keeps the sight of any other country except one neighbor.That is only deterrence and almost sure, peace will prevail there too far beyond for ever with never ever touch of the button. China is keeping same Pak type mentality and never wanting to build more than 300 ICBM's to match it's like rich America who has over 10,000 ICBM's like Russia has. Pakistan can test and build ICBM, but does not have the need as it has only one specific side to keep peace on that side too.

Given the belligerence of China in south China sea and other places, checks and balances are required.

If only China had not occupied Tibet, occupied parts of northern Kashmir laid claimed over Arunachal Pradesh, south china’s sea and other territories traditionally belonging to other countries, the arm race would never have been triggered. To top it all China is creating unemployment ieverywhere in the world by pushing cheap products.

It's can also be used as Anti satellite missile, can be used for launching satellites in emergency and can be launched from moving vehicles and very easy to install...thats the complete info.
